This Privacy Policy is designed for Savant App (the "App") to help you understand how we and other companies in our group collect and use your (or your child's) Personal Information. We want you to make informed decisions when using our App and any features on them, including any registration and e-commerce services.

When we say "you" or "your", we mean teachers and students who use the App, and also the parents and guardians of students who use the App.

When we say "we", or "LLV INTERNATIONAL", we mean TEFL Express Company Limited and other companies in our group.

When you register, use and access this App, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy on your own behalf or on behalf of your child (where relevant). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will apply to you if you continue to use the App. We will always include the date of a new version so that you know when there has been a change. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree to this policy and any changes to it, please do not use the App, and do not allow your child to use the App.

This App is hosted on servers located in the United States of America and it is available on Google Play and Apple Store through Internet.


We collect anonymous information and Personal Information. Personal Information that we collect may include information of your (or your child's) name, username, password and, where provided, email address, phone numbers, addresses, date of birth, job, course information, personal interests, credit card or billing information, shopping selections and data about the times you download and/or install the App and how each child progresses through the App.

We do not ask children to disclose any more information than is reasonably necessary to enable them to participate in the App.

Upon request, we will provide a parent or guardian with a description of the information that may have been provided about them and their child during the registration process for this App.

We will not knowingly keep any personally identifiable information that is inadvertently included in a child's help enquiry or other one-time request if that child is under the age of 13.


We collect your information in two ways:

1.    Personal Information you disclose (or your child discloses) when you (or your child) register.

2.    Website use information collected by us as you (or your child) interact with our App.

We use cookies (a small piece of computer code that we store for a period of time on your computer or mobile device), web beacons, or unique device identifiers to anonymously identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience when you (or your child) visit the App. The cookie is sent to and stored on your computer containing a unique session identifier. This identifier is used to record App usage statistics. With your permission, we may also access other personal information on your device, such as your phone book, calendar or message, in order to provide services to you (or your child) as well as any other personal information relating to you (or your child) or a third party that you supply to us. If authorized by you, we may also access profile and other information from services like Facebook.

The information collected is stored on your device and may be stored on our servers for an indefinite period even if you choose to be inactive.


We hold this information so that we may remind you (or your children) of your (or their) unique username and password if these are forgotten. Parents, please note that if your child's teacher gives your child a class ID to use when your child registers, then the teacher will be able to monitor your child's progress on the App and will have access to your child's username and password.

We may use your Personal Information to improve the App, for market research purposes and for statistical purposes. However we will never sell your Personal Information.

We may disclose and share Personal Information with the following third parties. This will include the transfer of your Personal Information to other countries around the world, including countries which do not have data protection laws which have the same safeguards as are available in the world. We may disclose Personal Information:

1.    to our group companies or any entity which acquires any part of our business;
2.    to our service providers (including, for example, credit reference agencies and payment processors, distributors/agents of our products, suppliers who develop or host our App.
3.    if we are required to do so by law;
4.    anyone else with your consent.


We reserve the right to end/remove the App or any features of it or change any features on the App at any time.
